Jazzy Affairs combine creativity and style with precise planning skills and cool headed event management. We are extraordinarily passionate about what we do, and we bring a wealth of creative energy to every event. We believe that events reflect our level of personal commitment and know that, Jazzy Affairs is committed to giving each and every client the time and support needed to enjoy an unforgettable event experience from the first consultation to the conclusion of an absolutely flawless event.
A little bit about Janelle
Just a girl who loves “LOVE” because she fell in LOVE!!! Jazzy Affairs was birth out of love! After planning every detail of my own wedding in 2007, it was evident I LOVED planning events!! I started Jazzy Affairs in 2008! Newly married and starting a new job were priority so my devotion to Jazzy Affairs wasn’t as it should be. Finding myself constantly still browsing wedding website and reading blogs I realized making things beautiful was a passion of mines and I needed to get back in the field. In 2009 I reemerged after being sought out and contracted to plan small scale baby showers, sweet sixteen’s as well as a few social events. Now I’ve returned to my first love producing & executing memorable weddings & Jazzy Affairs! My goal is to continuously display the true essence of what a good planner should do: manage every detail so you can relax and enjoy your event. I approach each and every event with passion, creativity and an eye for the details that make each event a memorable one. My belief is: Every wedding deserves flawless planning no matter what your budget may be.. and I intend to provide it!

We create magical events to suit your style.Jazzy AffairJazzy Affairs is all about being there for our clients. We have designed four different packages to meet your various event needs! The base pricing below is for 2013, and for any additional items you would like added to a package please contact us for more detailed pricing information. The Jazzy Day $750This Day of coordination event package is for the bride who has done all of the major preliminary planning, but needs someone to oversee and execute those ideas into the event of her dreams on the day of the wedding.
Two in person consultations 12 hours of by your side support Detailed Timeline for the Ceremony & Reception Vendor Confirmation Venue Walk Through Wedding Rehearsal Coordination (If necessary) Vendor Gratuities On Site Management of all Ceremony & Reception Activities Serving as Mistress’ of Ceremonies at the Reception (If necessary ) Unlimited Phone and e-mail accessibility The Jazzy Celebration $1000This Celebration package is for the bride that has done some planning for the fabulous event that they want, but needs some help executing it prior to the day of the wedding.
Full consultation/preparation with the client 8 to 10 months prior to the wedding Budget Management Timeline Management Contract Review Venue Recommendations Venue Walk Through Vendor Referrals Etiquette Advice Event Design and Decor Wedding Fashion Advice Invitation Management Wedding Rehearsal Coordination On-Site Management of all Ceremony & Reception Activities Serving as Mistress’ of Ceremonies at the Reception Breaking down Design & Décor at the end of the event You and Jazzy Affairs will have monthly chat sessions via phone and/or in person and unlimited email discussions. The Jazzy Affair $2500What if you could attend an event that embodied all of the style, creativity and imagination of your dreams? You would want to spend as much time as possible planning so that your dreams would become a reality. The Affair Package does just that. From the time you are engaged up until the big day we will help you create a vision for your wedding. This is the event of all event packages.

Where do I start! I LOVE JAZZY AFFAIRS!!!!!Well my sweet 16 was absolutely wonderful. It turned out to be everything plus more than I imagined. Everything from the tiled walkway barricaded with candy canes to the prettiest most creative card box I have ever seen! My table looked magnificent. The way everything on the table was placed in the most perfect way. I loved everything about my sweet 16. The candy table was put together so well. The beautiful colors everywhere. It looked like a team of people was working for weeks to make the hall look the way it did but it only took jazzy affairs team a couple of hours. I wouldn't change anything about the way the hall was decorated. THE LOOK WAS TO DIE FOR......Nikesha.M
There are too many words to try and describe the professionalism Jazzy Affairs have. They did my surprise 28th bday party, it was beautiful, heartfelt and personal.
